From the document grid,
right click on
any document and select "View Doc"
or
"Quick View".
Selecting "Quick view" will
open the
document viewer window with no options
to
edit:
Selecting "View Doc" will
open the
document and provide you a variety of
editing options:
The default tab is "Preview",
but you can
also view and edit keywords, Document
Notes, and check the history in the audit
trail.
The section below the tabs allows you to
add, remove, or reorder pages as needed,
or email select pages. When you're done
editing the document, there are three
options for saving changes:
- Save as a revision of the
original
- Save as a new document within
Archive
- Save as an external document
