Included in this release is the ability
to filter and engage with text messages
based on teams. Instead of seeing all messages to and from
a contact in one thread, you will now only see the messages that were sent by a
member of your team, allowing you to focus
on only what is relevant.
Examples:
If you are a member of "Team Red" and you
start a text thread with a contact, all
other members of Team Red will be able to
read and respond to that thread. Anyone
who is not a member of Team Red will not
have access.
If you are a member of Team Red and Team
Blue, you will have access to all messages
from both teams, and the texting window
will filter the messages based on
team.
If your branch does not use teams, then
all users will have access to all text
messages, the same as it was before this
release.
Administration of Teams
Your branch manager can assign users to
teams, but enabling texting functionality
is done by Premier One. Contact us if
you'd like to use this feature.
