Every Archive user has an
Inbox that is
used for alert notifications. Examples
include:
- Folder or document notes that were
sent to you
- Items to follow up on
- Notification on any quick alert that
was triggered
- Process workflow items such as
approving a “Voucher”

If DocDrop is in use, it will
automatically light up and display a
number indicating the number of new
messages that are in your Inbox.
