You can view all the system activity for folders, files, email and more by accessing the History section. Each sub section has an event filter option that will display only the event type you choose.
The Folder section shows all activity related to the folder itself (keyword changes, notes created, etc.).
The Document section shows all document activity (when each document was uploaded, downloaded, viewed, etc.).
The Email section shows emails and invitations that were sent, which documents were included, etc.
The External Access section shows the history of external users accessing the folder or specific files within it.
